Sebastian was watching Alan and Andy play catch, and they gave him a glove to try it out. He was so proud!

Ryan and Gloria Run the 2007 Eugene Marathon!

26.2 Miles isn't really that far...in a car! Ryan and Gloria (Old Glory) ran in the Inagural 2007 Eugene Marathon and lived to talk about it! Ryan finished 3:56:48 despite having driven 22 hours straight with a head cold, and was really excited to have completed the course in under four hours.

Sebastian's First Soccer Game!

Sebastian played in his first soccer game today. After the Family picked up Ryan from Pat's Run they hurried over to Gilbert for the Match between the Blue Cheetas and the Green Dragons. The Cheetas won 6-2, but the Dragons showed some promise. Sebastian was reluctant, at fisrt, but then decided to join in on the fun (and bring another soccer ball into the game as well, why not?) He made his parents very proud (except for when he pulled his pants down and began to pee on the sideline narrowly missing another father's shoe.)

Ryan Runs "Twenty for Tillman"

Leaving his driveway at 5:40 AM this morning, Ryan ran 15.8 miles to the starting line for Pat's Run at Arizona State University. Then, upon hearing Pat Tillman's former ASU Football coach Bruce Snyder shout, "Go!" He raced the final 4.2 miles and finished on the 42 yard line at Sun Devil Stadium in 3:00:47. Ryan solicited over $500.00 in pledges per mile to benefit the Tillman foundation.

Mia is Two Months Old

Mia is almost two months old. Can you guess which baby is her, and which baby is Sebastian at two months?

Sunday Morning at the Phoenix Zoo

Ryan and Sebastian put their jungle hats on and spent the morning at the Zoo. Sebastian re-discovered the petting zoo complete with tractors. Our friend Nick at the Spider Monkey Exhibit told him all about the alpha monkey, "Captain Kirk."

Out of Town Visitors!

Cousin Aaron, Diana and Sonja Alizadeh stopped by for a surprise vist (this called for a Carne Asada.) What a great looking family they are!

Sebastian Goes to School

Sebastian went to school for the first time today. He's been really excited about school, and knows all about teachers and school busses. He had a great first day, and remembered to thank Mrs. Lilly on the way out, "Thank you teacher."
